Following the success of Love Island USA season six last summer, which became Peacock’s most-watched original reality competition series in the streamer’s history, it was only fitting that fans saw the group of Islanders on their screens again, including the beloved PPG trio: Serena, Leah and JaNa.
Simon Thomas,Love Island USAexecutive producer and president of ITV Entertainment, also told The Hollywood Reporter last year that he “would love to see” PPG together again. “There are such a great group of girls, period. Fantastic. But JaNa, Serena and Leah — one in a million kind of friendship [on the show],” he added. “So the three of them, yeah, I hope we see them again.”
Love Island: Beyond the Villa is produced by ITV America, in association with GroupM Motion Entertainment. David George, Adam Sher, Sarah Howell and Richard Bye serve as executive producers, alongside Richard Foster and Chet Fenster.
The spinoff series is set to premiere this summer.
